māḿ ca yo ‘vyabhicāreṇa
bhakti-yogena sevate
sa guṇān samatītyaitān
brahma-bhūyāya kalpate
mām — unto Me; ca — also; yaḥ — a person who; avyabhicāreṇa — without fail; bhakti–yogena — by devotional service; sevate — renders service; saḥ — he; guṇān — the modes of material nature; samatītya — transcending; etān — all these; brahma–bhūyāya — elevated to the Brahman platform; kalpate — becomes.
Translation: One who engages in full devotional service, unfailing in all circumstances, at once transcends the modes of material nature and thus comes to the level of Brahman.

” Therefore, that Devine Lord, being allpervading, omnipresent and benevolent, dwells in the hearts of all beings, and makes use of all faces, heads and necks in this world.
[Notes — It is noteworthy that this Mantra, speaking of divine immanence, comes immediatley after the previous one, which depicts the Supreme as the Absolute, far beyond all relations. The idea is that God is both transcendent and immanent. This beautiful synthesis of the conceptions of the Personal and the Impersonal, of the Transcendent and the Immanent, is a characteristic feature of this Upanisad.]
1. Therefore — Because He is formless, all – pervading, etc., He can take any form, and be present anywhere and everywhere, according to the wish of the devotee.
2. Benevolent — If He did not graciously dwell in the hearts of all beings, and guide their senses, thoughts and actions, it would not have been possible for man to realize Him, by his own unaided effort.
3. Makes use of etc. — To bring about the evolution of the Souls, and ultimately bring them to the goal of liberation (Mukti).]
Mantra – 9
Translation: Those people enter into darkness, who worships only “Asambhuti”, and those too enters into darkness who worship only “Sambhuti”
Translation: We have heard from that Devata, who said the above (40:9) to us, that the effect of worshiping the “Sambhuti” has a different effect then worshiping the “Asambhuti”.
Mantra-11
Translation: Hence know the art of “Sambhuti” as well as the “Vinash”. With worshiping the art of Vinash, you can win over the death, and by worshiping the art of Sambhuti you can become immortal

That great ever living Nadha (sound) is called Sabhda Brahman. It is the strength residing in the Mooladhara. Para is the foundation for its own self and is of the form of Bindhu. That Nadha coming out of Parashakthi (similar to the germ coming out of the seed) is called Pasyanthi (we see). The Yogis who are able to see using the Pasyanthi Shakthi, understand that it is the whole world. That power produces sound like a rain starting from the heart. Hey Lord of Lords, there it is called Madhyama. It is called Vaikari when it merges in the sound form with Prana and exists in the throat and jaw. It produces all the alphabets from Aa to Ksha. From alphabet words arise and from words rise the sentences and from them all the Vedas and Mantras. This Goddess Saraswathi lives in the cave of intelligence in all beings. In meditation when will power melts, you can reach this Para Thathwa.
akārādikśakārāntānyakśarāṇi = akārādi + kśa kārā + ntāny + akśarāṇi = (may be) “అ” నుండి “క్ష” అక్షరం వరకూ
samīrayet = ?
akśarebhyaḥ = (may be) ఏదో అక్షరాల గురించి చెపుతున్నారు
padāni = ?
syuḥ = ?
padebhyo = (may be) పదాల గురించి చెబుతున్నారు
vākyasaṁbhavaḥ = vākya + saṁbhavaḥ = (may be) వాఖ్యాల గురించి మాట్లాడుతున్నారు.
It produces all the alphabets from Aa to Ksha. From alphabet words arise and from words rise the sentences and from them all the Vedas and Mantras.
